Every cart is listed with two prices:
Worked example. A cart with a posted card price of $3,605 and a cash price of $3,500: pay by card — online or at pickup — and your total is $3,605 + $252.35 sales tax (7%) = $3,857.35. Pay cash at pickup and your total is $3,500 + $245.00 sales tax (7%) = $3,745.00. The difference between the two totals covers the card processing charged on the full card amount, including the tax portion; posted card prices are rounded up to even figures, which can build in slightly more than the exact processing cost — always less than $3.50 on current listings.
The price that applies to your purchase is the price posted at the time you complete payment or place a deposit. Prices may change between visits to the site as inventory and costs change.
All listed prices are before tax. Mississippi state sales tax of 7% is added to every sale, calculated on the price you actually pay for the cart — 7% of the card price on card purchases, 7% of the cash price on cash purchases. Online, it appears as its own line item at checkout; at pickup it is added the same way. Sales tax is a government charge and is never discounted or waived.
Every cart is a single physical unit sold on a first come, first served basis, and carts sell both online and in person. In the rare case that a cart sells in person before your online payment is processed or acknowledged, your online payment will be refunded in full, promptly. A completed online purchase or an agreed deposit is what holds a cart; a phone call holds your place in line while you're on the way.
All sales are pickup-only at 105 Fairmont Plaza, Pearl, MS 39208, by appointment — call or text 601-500-5138 to schedule. Pickup is arranged promptly after purchase. Buyers are responsible for transporting their cart; a standard utility trailer works, and Jane will help you load and strap down. A bill of sale is provided at pickup.
Jane's sells used golf carts sourced primarily from golf course fleet rotations. Every cart is inspected, tested, and photographed honestly — including the battery compartment — and listings describe each cart's actual condition to the best of our knowledge. You are welcome and encouraged to inspect any cart in person before completing a purchase. Except where a listing states otherwise or Mississippi law requires, carts are sold as-is.

We work to keep every listing, price, and photo accurate and current. If a listing contains an obvious error — a mistyped price, an outdated availability state — Jane's Golf Carts may correct it and will honor either the corrected listing or a full refund, at your choice, for any affected purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies.
