Return Policy for Golf Carts

Every cart is sold for pickup at our lot in Pearl, MS — nothing ships, so returns are simple and local. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Before pickup: if your cart becomes unavailable before you pick it up, your online payment is refunded in full — promptly, no questions.
• At pickup: inspect and test-drive your cart before you load it. If it isn’t what the listing described, your payment is refunded in full on the spot.
• After pickup: returns are accepted within 7 days if the cart is defective or returned in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for transporting the cart back to the lot.
• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of pickup. Contact us at 601-500-5138 to start the return process.
• Refunds are issued once the cart is back at the lot and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days.
